- Provides
transportation of your records to our Document Management
Center.
- Prepares
the documents for microfilming or scanning by removing
staples, rubber bands, and clips and mending tears.
- Microfilms,
scans, and processes all documents in accordance with
relevant standards.
- Processes
all film on site and will burn your CDs.

NPI
performs and logs all tests necessary to meet all relevant
industry standards, including methelene blue, control density,
and D-min checks.
NPI
can create a duplicate roll of film for every master roll
created. The duplicate should be used as the "working"
copy and the master should be stored. |
What
about security for sensitive documents?

if I am unhappy with the quality of the film or document?

| NPI
will re-film or re-scan any documents that do not meet or exceed
your expectations at no charge to you. |

NPI
will deliver the finished product to your office on a monthly basis.
Upon verification of your film or CD, NPI will obtain from you a signed
Authorization to Destroy document. NPI will then security grind your
documents at our location. |
